Privacy Policy for HHOLOVE

HHOLOVE Social Reporting ("HHOLOVE", "we", "us", or "the Application") is an
internal, read-only analytics tool operated by [LEGAL COMPANY NAME]. This
Privacy Policy explains how the Application accesses, uses, stores, and
protects information obtained through Google and YouTube API Services.

1. Purpose of the Application

The Application helps authorized HHOLOVE team members monitor the performance
of HHOLOVE's official YouTube channels and prepare internal performance reports.
It does not upload, edit, publish, comment on, or delete YouTube content.

2. Information We Access

With the user's authorization, the Application may access:

- YouTube channel ID, channel name, subscriber count, and video count;
- Video IDs, titles, publication dates, duration, status, and URLs;
- YouTube Analytics data, including views, watch time, average view duration,
  average view percentage, likes, comments, shares, and subscriber activity;
- OAuth authorization information, granted scopes, access tokens, and refresh
  tokens required to maintain the authorized connection.

The Application uses the following read-only scopes:

- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly

We do not request or collect the user's Google or YouTube password.

3. How We Use Information

We use Google and YouTube data only to:

- verify and connect an authorized HHOLOVE YouTube channel;
- retrieve channel, video, and analytics information;
- generate internal performance summaries and historical reports;
- identify reporting errors, delayed data, or authorization problems;
- maintain the security and reliability of the Application.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, credit decisions,
surveillance, or unrelated commercial purposes.

4. Data Sharing

Google and YouTube data is accessible only to authorized HHOLOVE personnel and
service providers who require access to operate or secure the Application.

We do not sell, rent, license, or transfer Google user data to advertisers,
data brokers, information resellers, or unrelated third parties.

We may disclose limited information where required by applicable law, to
protect against fraud or security threats, or as part of a corporate
transaction with the user's prior consent where required.

5. Data Storage and Security

OAuth credentials are stored in protected operating-system credential storage.
Analytics data and reports are stored on access-controlled business systems.

We use encrypted network connections, restricted access, credential protection,
and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No system can be
guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Data Retention and Refresh

OAuth tokens are retained only while authorization remains active and necessary.

YouTube Analytics data and statistics may be retained for internal historical
reporting while the user's authorization remains active. We verify continued
authorization at least every 30 days. Other stored YouTube API data is refreshed
or deleted within the periods required by YouTube's Developer Policies.

7. Deletion and Revocation

Users may revoke the Application's Google access at:

https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions

Users may also request deletion by contacting [PRIVACY EMAIL].

After receiving or detecting revocation or a valid deletion request, we stop
future access and delete associated stored Google and YouTube data as soon as
reasonably possible and no later than seven calendar days.

Deleting data from HHOLOVE Social Reporting does not delete data stored by
YouTube. YouTube content must be managed through YouTube itself.

8. Google API Limited Use

HHOLOVE's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere
to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use
requirements.

9. Children

The Application is an internal business tool and is not directed to children
under 13 or any higher minimum age required by applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Application, legal requirements, or
our data practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with
a revised effective date. Material changes affecting Google user data will be
communicated before the new use begins where required.
