HHOLOVE Social-Terms of Service
Terms of Service for HHOLOVE
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of HHOLOVE Social Reporting,
an internal analytics application operated by [HHOLOVE].
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Application, you confirm that you are authorized to
act on behalf of HHOLOVE and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
By using features powered by YouTube API Services, you also agree to be bound
by the YouTube Terms of Service:
https://www.youtube.com/t/terms
2. Authorized Use
The Application is intended only for authorized HHOLOVE employees, contractors,
and representatives managing HHOLOVE-owned or HHOLOVE-authorized channels.
You must have authority to grant access to every Google or YouTube account that
you connect to the Application.
3. Service Description
The Application uses read-only Google OAuth permissions and YouTube API Services
to retrieve channel information, video metadata, and analytics information for
internal reporting.
The Application does not upload, modify, publish, comment on, or delete YouTube
content. Google and YouTube may delay, revise, or correct reported data.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- connect an account or channel without proper authorization;
- share access credentials with unauthorized persons;
- attempt to bypass Google, YouTube, or Application security controls;
- use the Application for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes;
- scrape YouTube or use undocumented YouTube APIs;
- resell, redistribute, or publicly disclose protected YouTube API data;
- interfere with the Application or introduce malicious code.
5. Google and YouTube Authorization
The Application requires Google OAuth authorization. You may revoke access at
any time through Google's security settings:
https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
Revoking access may prevent the Application from retrieving new data. It does
not delete or modify content stored by Google or YouTube.
6. Privacy and Data
Our collection, use, storage, protection, and deletion of information are
described in the HHOLOVE Privacy Policy:

Use of Google and YouTube services is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy:

ownership rights to users.
YouTube, Google, and their respective trademarks and services are owned and
operated by their respective owners.
8. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Application for
maintenance, security, compliance, or operational reasons.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that platform data will
always be complete, current, or free from reporting delays.
9. Disclaimer
The Application and its reports are provided on an "as is" and "as available"
basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where a user lacks authorization, violates
these Terms, creates a security risk, or causes non-compliance with Google or
YouTube requirements.
After termination, applicable stored data will be handled according to the
Privacy Policy and legal retention requirements.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], without regard
to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be submitted to the courts located
in [COURT LOCATION], unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on
this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after the effective date
constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
