First, Yuno fully complies with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), one of the world’s strictest privacy and security laws. Only you and users you authorize can access your data.
Second, Yuno is equipped with an AI pet recognition algorithm that tracks pets only and does not recognize or identify human beings, unless you and your pets are together within Yuno's detection range.
In addition, you can enable Do Not Disturb or Privacy Mode in the app with one tap to turn off the camera and pause recording of your pet’s activities.
Yuno is designed to work with a variety of freeze-dried pet foods, with a maximum diameter of up to 14 mm. This allows you to mix and match different types of food to provide optimal nutrition for your pet.
You can compare the size of the pet food with the reference images shown on the lid of the device.
If your pet is sensitive to sound, you can lower the volume or turn it off in the settings. You can also replace the feeding/play call with your own voice recording, making it easier for your pet to feel comfortable.
If your pet has trouble adapting at first, try placing some of their favorite, familiar food inside Yuno and dispense a portion. This helps them gradually build trust with the device.
