I own this for a month now and I'm very happy with it. I've tried little robot in the past and had to return it because my cat was too big for it. Years later I am giving it a try with this unfamiliar brand. It works flawlessly! The app monitors how many times my cat goes to the litter box, how long it takes him to go, when the waste container is full, and when it's time to replace the litter. I use cheap lightweight litter from Walmart and I like how I can change the cycle time with the app so the litter has a chance to harden long enough so it doesn't stick to the other surfaces. My cat is a digger and leaves large waste. He can be in there for 2 minutes sometimes. I was having some troubles with the cat litter sticking to the bottom surface which really isn't a problem because of the ease of cleaning it every other week when it's time to replace the litter. Again I do use inexpensive Walmart lightweight litter. I am sure more premium letters will work better. I was able to fix the problem by spraying all of the interior surfaces with a dry food grade silicone spray by CRC. The drawstring bags that are provided with it are a Plus. I know you can use other bags (like Walmart grocery bags), but they make it so easy, why change? After all, this is why I bought this automatic cat box. It's to make my life easier. My cat uses the cat box three to four times a day and leaves heavy waist behind. The app lets me know when the waste container is full and that usually takes 9 days. I usually don't leave reviews unless I feel the product is top notch or unless you need to be warned to stay away. This is something to brag about. You will impress your friends by showing them the functionality of the cat box with the app. Anyone that I've showed this to with an indoor cat has purchased one. Also I just ordered bags from their site. There were promotions and discounts that I could use with their site only. It was cheaper than Amazon's price. They claim it has a UV sanitizer. You have to initiate it on the app to cycle automatically. I am not sure of it because I don't see any kind of a glow when I turn it on. There are no instructions on replacing it, nor do I see any for sale. I'm not sure if it sanitizes the litter or kills the oder in the waste box. I do turn it on manually if the cat left a mean one behind. I don't know if the oder just goes away with time or if the sanitizer took care of it. Surprisingly the cat box usually doesn't stink even when the waste container is almost full. It tells you to empty the waste container before its overfilled, eliminating smearing. I believe with the Food Grade silicone spray treatment, I won't have to take it apart to clean it this round after fourteen days. Nothing sticks to the surfaces. The cat box is a good product.
