I bought this on an Instagram suggestion, and was worried when I received the confirmation from a company with Chinese lettering shipping from Canada. OMG, this is one of the best things I’ve ever purchased on a whim! My little kitty is fed perfect portions throughout the day, and the app lets me know. It’s also fun to check in and play with her (only if she is out there because she won’t come when I call her). LOVE this product (even thought China is probably spying on me). 😹
The original silicone base that came with it wasn't deep enough to support our cats, it would pull away from the side walls and litter ended under it. The new one is much deeper and supports the cats great no more issues.
I have been thinking about getting an automatic litter box for awhile now, but most of them are so expensive and the reviews are hit or miss. Then I found this one! Good reviews, comparatively reasonable price, and a warranty if it didn’t work. I have had it for a couple months now and I LOVE IT!! We have three cats and rather than cleaning litter boxes multiple times a day, I spend about two minutes once every week or so replacing the trash bag, and my cats still get to have constantly clean litter. I don’t even have to check! The app sends me an alert whenever the waste bin needs to be emptied. I even ended up getting rid of their regular litter boxes a week or so ago because they haven’t used them since I got this one (I had originally planned to keep one or two as they say you should have one litter box for every cat). It took my cats maybe a day or two to get used to the new litter box, and they have been loving it ever since. I plan on ordering a second one just to have a back up. I highly recommend this litter box! I also love the air freshener that it comes with. There is absolutely no smell. The tray to catch litter is also fantastic! It’s the first one I’ve had that actually catches all the litter (I swear my cats somehow manage to empty half their litter into that thing). It also is somehow saving me money on litter? I don’t know what it is, but I have been using half as much litter since I bought this litter box. With that alone, it will have saved me enough money to have paid for itself in short order.
The bags are strong and durable and buy them on sale was well worth it.
