The small amount of non-toxic and harmless coconut shell activated carbon used in the filter will float out with the water flow. This is a normal phenomenon.
l. If the light is still red when the water tank is full, please contact service@hholove.com for technical support.
2. If the pump does not work, please disassemble the water pump and check whether it is blocked or not. If the problem cannot be solved after the above steps, please contact service@hholove.com for further assistance.
lt is recommended to replace the filter unit and pump filter sponge every 1-2 months to ensure good water quality.

This cat watered is so easy to maintain. Like that it shows a red light when it needs to be refilled. I have had cats for 50 years. And This is the most fantastic watered I have ever owned.

This pet water fountain is amazing for many reasons:
1) The setup was quick, easy and painless. Everything came packaged so nicely and the instructions were easy to read, with great illustrations.
2) The size of the fountain is great. Holds a decent amount of water and doesn’t take up much space at all in our kitchen.
3) The pump / cord came with a wall plug. This is 100000% a bonus for me because so many USB products come without one and I need to either keep switching out with other plugs or buy one separately. Not an issue with this.
4) The fountain is SO quiet. I mean, I struggle to hear any sound from it. AWESOME.
5) It is aesthetically pleasing - with a subtle glow from a light on the pump.
6) My cats immediately took to it as you’ll see in the video!
Overall, I highly recommend this product!!

I love this product! I've only had it for a few days, but from what I have seen, it's super easy to assemble, and since it's wireless, I don't have to plug anything in and worry about getting the wire wet when I'm washing the fountain, and the filter gets out all the gross things that get in the fountain. Super easy to take apart and clean.

This is super quiet. Can't hear it at all in a dead quiet room. Was extremely easy to assemble and being able to lift it right off the base and take away for filling or cleaning is a nice feature. Soft water flow and constantly circulating. We like it, the pets like it, easy to clean and the quietest cat fountain we have ever owned. Super recommended!

My cats love this! It keeps a constant flow of water and is extremely easy to clean. It’s so quiet. It was super easy to put together and get the water going. I highly recommend this!
