At HHOLOVE, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and outstanding customer service. We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our products with a one-year limited warranty.

1 Year Limited Warranty

HHOLOVE's warranty obligations for this product are limited to the terms set forth below:

HHOLOVE offers a one-year limited warranty for our product from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, HHOLOVE will either:

(1) Repair the hardware defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts; or
(2) Exchange the product with a product that is new or that has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.

To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact HHOLOVE Customer Support within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase, including the order number and date of purchase. We may require photographs or videos of the defect to assess the claim.

Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to hardware products manufactured by or for HHOLOVE that can be identified by the "HHOLOVE" trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them. This warranty does not apply:

a. To damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes;
b. To damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by HHOLOVE;
c. To a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of HHOLOVE;
d. To consumable and mechanical platform parts unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
e. To cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports.

This warranty is only available to the original purchaser and may not be transferred. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. HHOLOVE's total liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product.

 

Disclaimer

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Nothing in this warranty policy affects any statutory rights that you may have under applicable law.

 

Modifications

HHOLOVE reserves the right to modify this warranty policy at any time without notice. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The date of the last update to this warranty policy is listed at the top of the page.
