After trying three different automatic kitty litter boxes that failed within months, I just purchased my second hholove auto kitty litter box. Both were easy to set up and worked straight out of the box. The app is straight forward and easy to install. I have 5 cats. You can upload pictures and it tracks all of their toileting by their weight. It's such a great product. 5/5
